We have approximately150 staff at our kura. This includes teaching staff, administration, our Student Support team, teacher-aides and caretaker team.. In our teaching staff we have a great balance of experience, with people who have been involved in education for many years, to those who are just beginning their careers. The Senior Leadership (SLT) manage various portfolios that support the strategic, operational, academic, pastoral, social and administrative running of the school. Each lead a year level and continue with that group of students through their five years at Lincoln. 

We have an experienced and proactive pastoral care & academic support team. Deans primarily assist our learners with their overall pastoral care, collaborating with students and whānau on behavioural guidance. The Head of Deans, leads this team offering further support and strategies in behaviour management. Tutors primarily assist with class placements, pathways and time-table organisation. Each role works within a team, led by a Head of Year Level and assisted by a member of our school counselling team.

House Leaders lead a team of Student House Captains who co-ordinate events and encourage student participation.
