Course Outline:

Students will:

  • investigate the cuisine of Aotearoa and explore the different cultures that influence the food we eat today.
  • develop their culinary skills and knowledge through their practical work.

This is one of two semester course options. Students can choose to take this course alone or in addition to JFNTb.

All students must follow Health and Safety regulations as required.
