Course Outline:

In this hands-on course students will:

  • explore the magic of food through investigating how ingredients work and the processes involved in creating food products
  • develop their nutritional knowledge which will be applied to creating healthy meals for a teenager.

This is one of two semester course options. Students can choose to take this course alone or in addition to JFNTc.

All students must follow Health and Safety regulations as required.
