This course is a continuation of Performing Arts for Speakers of other Languages 001 - Part 1.
This course is for speakers of other languages who wish to express themselves, using English through drama and movement, in a safe and supportive environment. Students at any year level can enter this course and may include those who are on short study courses of one year or less. The course content will be tailored to the needs of the students and will encourage the use of spoken English through a range of drama games and improvised movement, in New Zealand and other cultural contexts. Students may also create their own pieces to perform, using costumes and props where relevant.
Students can choose to participate in this course for the purpose of learning through the Performing Arts and will not be enrolled in any NCEA standards.

Students can enrol in this course more than once to continue to enhance their skills in spoken English.
