Students receive three reports a year, the first at the end of Term One. Year 11-13 students receive a second report at the end of Term Two and a final report early in Term Four. Year 9 and 10 students receive a second report early in Term Three and a final report near the end of Term Four. Parents/caregivers may request individual updates on progress at any time from the Year Level Tutor or Dean.
Parent and teacher interviews are held at the end of Term One and provide an opportunity for a verbal report on progress. They provide an opportunity to discuss each student’s progress with subject teachers. Students are encouraged to attend these evenings with their parents.
Parents/caregivers will be individually contacted if there is any concern about a student's progress or behaviour. Likewise, parents should feel free to contact the school if they have any concerns.
Year 9 have assessments throughout the year.
* Year 10 have examinations in Term Four.
* Year 11, 12 and 13 have school examinations in September and external examinations in November/December.
* Recommended entry requirements for some Year 11-13 subjects maybe related to examination results (including Year 10) from the previous year (refer to particular subject entry requirements).
